Our company’s solid safety record is reflective our practices. To achieve our goal of a zero-accident record, Broadway’s safety practices include weekly toolbox talks, daily site inspections, strictly enforced personal protective equipment policies, pre-employment drug testing, and a strong emphasis on pre-job planning and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Broadway works closely and communicates with all construction team members, including the general contractor and other subcontractors, to ensure optimal, safe working conditions.
Responsible Safety Practices... Ongoing Safety Training
At Broadway Electrical, the responsibility for safety is shared by management, supervisors, and all employees. Foremen and supervisors are required to complete 30-hour training. The company’s program focuses on total compliance to all OSHA guidelines as well as those set forth in NFPA 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace.
