Broadway Electrical’s turnkey design, installation and operation of a 51.43kW solar photovoltaic energy system at the Watertown, Massachusetts DPW Building in Watertown, MA. The System furnishes the building owner with solar-generated electricity at a defined per kWh rate under a Solar Power Purchase Agreement. The Solar PV System is comprised of (187) Solon 275w modules mounted on the roof of building. The system also includes Broadway’s installation of circuit combiner boxes, (1) 50kW Satcon inverter, miscellaneous conduit and wire, data acquisition system with reporting capability, an AC Utility PV disconnect switch, interconnection meter (revenue grade), and a new main disconnect switch.
