Installation and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy system at the Turkey Hill Middle School, 129 Northfield Road, Lunenburg, MA 01462 and furnish the Issuer with solar-generated electricity produced by the System.  The System will furnish the building owner with solar-generated electricity at a defined per kWh rate under a Solar Power Purchase Agreement.  The Solar PV System totals 106.15kW which will consist of (143) Solon 290W modules and (231) Solon 280W modules on the roof of the above mentioned building located in Lunenburg, MA.  The system will also include the installation of circuit combiner boxes, one (1) 100kW Satcon Solstice inverter, miscellaneous conduit and wire, data acquisition system with reporting capability, an AC Utility PV disconnect switch, interconnection meter (revenue grade) and a new main disconnect switch.
