Installation and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy system at the St. Mary's High School, 35 Tremont Street, Lynn, MA 01902 and furnish the Issuer with solar-generated electricity produced by the System.  The System will furnish the building owner with solar-generated electricity at a defined per kWh rate under a Solar Power Purchase Agreement.  The Solar PV System totals 146.51kW which will consist of (598) Solvinti 245w modules on the roof of the above mentioned building located in Lynn, MA.  The system will also include the installation of circuit combiner boxes, (1) 60kW & (1) 82kW Solectria inverters, miscellaneous conduit and wire, data acquisition system with reporting capability, an AC Utility PV disconnect switch, interconnection meter (revenue grade) and a new main disconnect switch.
