Installation and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy system at the Quincy High School, 100 Coddington Street Quincy, MA 02169 and will furnish the Issuer with solar-generated electricity produced by the System.  The Solar PV System totals 67.20kW which consists of (240) Solon 280W modules on the roof of the above mentioned building located in Lunenburg, MA.  The system also includes the installation of circuit combiner boxes, nine (9) 7kW SMA inverters, miscellaneous conduit and wire, data acquisition system with reporting capability, an AC Utility PV disconnect switch, interconnection meter (revenue grade) and a new main disconnect switch.
