Installation and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy system at MWRA Deer Island Treatment Facility, 100 Tafts Avenue, Winthrop, MA 02152 and furnish the Issuer with solar-generated electricity produced by the System.  The System will furnish the building owner with solar-generated electricity at a defined per kWh rate under a Solar Power Purchase Agreement.  The Solar PV System totals 456.12kW which will consist of (1,629) Solon 280w modules (or equal) on the roof of the above mentioned building located in Winthrop, MA.  The system will also include the installation of circuit combiner boxes, (4) 100kW Satcon Solstice inverters, miscellaneous conduit and wire, data acquisition system with reporting capability, an AC Utility PV disconnect switch, interconnection meter (revenue grade) and a new main disconnect switch.
