Installation and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy system at the Leicester Police Station, 90 South Main Street, Leicester, MA 01524 and furnish the Issuer with solar-generated electricity produced by the System.  The System will furnish the building owner with solar-generated electricity at a defined per kWh rate under a Solar Power Purchase Agreement.  The Solar PV System totals 22.40kW which consists of (80) Suntech 280w modules on the roof of the above mentioned building located in Leicester, MA.  The system also includes the installation of circuit combiner boxes, three (3) SMA 7kW Inverter, miscellaneous conduit and wire, data acquisition system with reporting capability, an AC Utility PV disconnect switch, interconnection meter (revenue grade) and a new main disconnect switch.
