Installation and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy system at the Leicester Memorial School, 11 Memorial Drive, Leicester, MA 01524 and furnish the Issuer with solar-generated electricity produced by the System.  The System furnishes the building owner with solar-generated electricity at a defined per kWh rate under a Solar Power Purchase Agreement.  The Solar PV System totals 90.72kW which consists of (324) Suntech 280w roof-mounted modules. The system also includes the installation of circuit combiner boxes, twelve (12) SMA 7kW Inverter, miscellaneous conduit and wire, data acquisition system with reporting capability, an AC Utility PV disconnect switch, interconnection meter (revenue grade) and a new main disconnect switch.
