Installation and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy system at the Leicester High School, 174 Paxton Street, Leicester, MA 01524 and furnish the Issuer with solar-generated electricity produced by the System.  The System will furnish the building owner with solar-generated electricity at a defined per kWh rate under a Solar Power Purchase Agreement.  The Solar PV System totals 172.48kW which consists of (616) Suntech 280w modules on the roof of the above mentioned building located in Leicester, MA.  The system also includes the installation of circuit combiner boxes, one (1) Satcon PowerGate 75kW and one (1) 100kW Satcon Solstice Inverter, miscellaneous conduit and wire, data acquisition system with reporting capability, an AC Utility PV disconnect switch, interconnection meter (revenue grade) and a new main disconnect switch.
