Installation and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy system at the Harbor Park Pavilion, located in the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston, MA that furnishes the Issuer with solar-generated electricity produced by the System. The Solar PV System totals 37.44 kW which consists of (192) Sanyo 195w modules on a structure located on the Greenway. The system also includes the installation of circuit combiner boxes, (1) 30kW Satcon inverter, miscellaneous conduit and wire, data acquisition system with reporting capability, an AC Utility PV disconnect switch, interconnection meter (revenue grade) and a new main disconnect switch.
