Installation and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy system at 295 Freeport Street, Boston, MA 02122 and furnish the Issuer with solar-generated electricity produced by the System.  The Solar PV System totals 63.70kW which consists of (260) Solvinti 245w modules on the roof of the above mentioned building located in Boston, MA.  The system also includes the installation of circuit combiner boxes, (1) 100kW Satcon Solstice inverter, miscellaneous conduit and wire, data acquisition system with reporting capability, an AC Utility PV disconnect switch, interconnection meter (revenue grade) and a new main disconnect switch.
